• set up, service, and clean up for all beverage related needs.

 Carly's beverage consultation service will provide you with a detailed outline of recommendations for beverage service including

• what kind of alcohol you'll want and how much to purchase,
• specialty cocktail recipes and ingredients,
• supply and equipment suggestions,
• recommendations for how many bartenders, staff and/or volunteers you will need. 

Our founder, Carly, has extensive experience in planning and coordinating large scale, high end, and multifaceted event beverage services. She is prepared to work with you and your team to develop a beverage service plan that will cover the logistics of complicated missions and ease any day-of-event concerns. Highly experienced in day-of-event coordination, Carly is accustomed to working with large teams of staff and vendors.
